If you have forgotten your password, click on the forgotten password button in the app. This will send you a reset link to the email on file. It is sent in a few minutes. Click on that email to reset your password.
If you do not see the email, check your spam as your email settings may route it there. Also, be sure you're entering the same email that you registered with Benefit originally. If you're not receiving the password reset email, is it possible you've used another email to set up the Benefit app?
As a side note - ALWAYS use a unique password for any account that has access to your payment info or has the ability to make purchases.
If you've forgotten your pin code, uninstall the Benefit app. Reinstall the app, and the app will now ask for your email and password to login instead.
We still recommend using the 4 digit pin code to secure your account in the event you lose your phone. It also prevents small children from opening the app and going on an accidental shopping spree!
